About Us
Mission Statement
- Study the environmental impact of ongoing town government practices, and consider how to develop more environmentally responsible practices perhaps including preparation of one or more reports on town practices.
- Encourage more environmentally responsible practices by the residents and businesses of the Town of Eastchester, by sponsoring events, supplying resources and issuing communications.
- Interact with environmental groups and committees of neighboring towns and villages to increase environmentally responsible behavior by the town government and residents.
- Assist town government including the Town Board with environmental issues as they arise.
